Today’s sermon was preached on the culture of death that surrounded Jesus and His apostles in the early days of the church; a culture that is not unlike our own. The text for this sermon was Acts 3.13-16, and in it, notice how the apostles reacted to the corrupt culture surrounding them. In Sunday School, we continued our study of the Trinity, speaking to texts such as John 1.3, Psalm 102.25-27/Hebrews 1.10-12, and Colossians 1.15-18.
